PNEUMATIC SEED DRILL

Pneumatic Seeders can perform precision sowing process of corn, sunflower, sugarbeet, cotton, soya, beet, onion, sweet melon, watermelon, groundnut etc.which needs to be sowed over row. 

Pneumatic Seeders are produced as being with fertilizer unit and without fertilizer unit. 

Pneumatic Seeder provides precision sowing all kind of seeds in wished sowing over  row distance. 

It is produced as 2-4-6-8 rows and can be produced 5-7-12 rows according to inquiry.

The sowing bed is opened by the discs. Each sowing unit has two pcs discs made of private material. 

The pneumatic seeder works easily in the lands with residue of straws for the sowing units being with discs and by the help of cutting discs fixed in front of the chassis. 

The movement taken from the tires is directed to the sowing units by the means of shaft. As the result of this the sowing is done sensitively.

The depth setting can be controlled in all kind of land conditions by the means of rubber tires located on both sides of sowing units.

The seed is compressed by the help of V type compression tires on the rear of sowing unit. Rear compression tire pressure and angle is adjusted by the spring.

The V compression tires prevents the soil crusting.

The planters with telescopic chassis have transport width from 3.30 m to 3.50 m depending on row spacing. 

The 6 and 7 row versions are available with 55 and 60 cm spacing for sunflowers and 70, 75 and 80 cm for maize.
